  • We are open from 8:30am to 6:00pm. All drop-offs and collections must take place within these hours.

  • Yes, all bookings must be booked in advance to ensure we can safely manage capacity.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any dog or customer to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care.
    We do not accept dogs controlled breeds due to insurance regulations and limitations.

  • Yes, we require a trial session to assess your dog’s temperament and suitability for group day care.
    You can book this via the ‘Trial’ option on our booking page

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date with flea, tick, and worming treatments.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial-day attendance or missed sessions. Refunds are only offered if we are closed and you have pre-booked.

  • Please bring food if required if they are not eating prior and after day care, along with any necessary medication or comfort items.

    We do provide toys, treats and beds for all dogs.
